"This pair of Adidas Running Supernova Sequence GTX M fit and felt great right out of the box. I took them on a 6 mile hike up to 10,000' in Northern New Mexico, and my feet loved them. I have a narrow heel and appreciated the snug fit, while others might want to order 1/2 size wider. The sock is great once you've got them on your feet, but a little hard to put on. On rough mountain trails or on the flatlands they have been very comfortable even after hours of fast or slow movements. Orthotics may require 1/2size larger and wider"
