"I'm happy with my brown Addiction Walker. I wear a mens 8 1/2, B width. I usually buy size 9 athletic shoes, so I did the same here as I like a roomy toe box. The size was right for me, a true 8 1/2 B as measured on a Brannock device, the actual name for the metal measurement tool in all shoe stores.I bought them to serve as my only shoes on a recent 3-week trip to Europe. I chose brown to look less like a tourist. They were comfortable for all-day street and museum walks, yet looked good enough to wear with a sport jacket to good restaurants. The tongue seemed a little long and it rubbed my ankle a bit at first, but that subsided. We got caught in the rain a few times and they proved to be highly water-resistant, even keeping my food dry after stepping in a somewhat deep puddle. I highly recommend these shoes and may buy another pair to stash to have fresh for the next trip in a year or two."
