"It has excellent support for side-to-side movement and these little pads in the heel to keep your heel securely in place. It also has a lacing system that prevents the tongue of the shoe from slipping to the side. All that and comfortable too. Sizing is pretty normal for Nike - meaning that you might want to go a half size up from what you wear in non-athletic shoes. "
