Lightweight, durable mesh upper provides ventilation for comfort and breathability.Supportive overlays and rand enhance durability and provide a snug, secure fit. A unique heel fit system provides an adaptive fit and enhanced lock down over the footbed for added support and stability on rough, uneven terrain. Full-length Phylon midsole provides lightweight comfort and cushioning. An integrated second midsole features a firmer-density Phylon material for a degree of support and protection while containing the foot through toe-off. Forefoot NikeŽ Zoom unit provides low-profile, responsive cushioning through toe-off. Full-length rubber outsole provides traction and durability. Aggressive outsole configuration provides adaptive traction and grip for optimal performance on rough trail surfaces. Flex grooves enhance flexibility for a more natural, efficient range of motion through footstrike. " I was looking for a good everyday comfort/walking shoe. I over pronate, but have a high arch. I think these shoes are probably better for trail running, which is what they are made for. Next time I'll look for something with more foot bed cushioning. The fit is comfortable and seemed true to the size I normally buy in a running shoe. "
