"I'm a moderate runner with extremely flat feet so I'm real sensitive about the shoes I buy. I don't feel these shoes last very long. I purchased a pair in June and by August the soles are already worn (I don't run that much). In addition to my shins, knees and hips hurting. I probably wouldn't recommend this shoe to a runner but to a person looking for good walking shoes this may be for you"
