"This is the second pair of Stan Smith Adidas that I've purchased for my son in the past year. Not only to I love the classic look - which works well with khaki pants and collared shirts - but he likes them and thinks they are comfortable. My only complaint is that his first pair were white with navy leather stripes, but that color combination no longer seems to be available in larger sizes. I found the white with red plaid trim on Shoedeals4u. My son balked at the red trim at first, but quickly got over it once I told him it was his only Stan Smith option, and he realized that the plaid is barely noticeable once dressed with socks. The red sole may bother some people, but I think it adds a "preppy" touch. "
