"I wear doctor fitted foot orthotics (3/4 length) and these shoes accept these nicely with the factory insole in place. I normally need a "C" width but struggle to find manufacturers that carry these styles of shoes in that width - that is why I put 4 stars on "comfort". This is my first pair of "Clark" brand shoes and am pleased so far. I will pay attention to the durability as I may be walking in rainy weather which tends to be hard on shoes. I use these for business casual dress at work and they look great with jeans or khakis. If I slip a casual sport coat on they look dress casual for that look as well. "
