"These feel great right out of the box, but I can tell they'll just get more comfortable as they are worn and the leather softens. Sturdy as a work boot, which you expect from Timberland. Great arch support inside. If you like a more cushy footbed, you'll need a half size larger to add your own insoles. They come up to just below my knees and fit my ankle and calf beautifully. I bought the worn-in brown color and LOVE it. I can see these boots lasting for decades! Well worth the investment." |

"I'm a foot comfort junkie - style comes second! Haven't worn these outside yet but so far they are comfortabe, lightweight(wonderful!), and hey, they look good. Nice lug sole, light weight heel, roomy toe box - long/rounded, functional snap pockets. Orthodics already inside and ready for their first trip to Ireland to try them out in the rain!... yes, I will water treat them first :)" |
