"I like the style, lets you feet breathe, professional enough for the office but doesn't stand out...The leather is good and man I have worn several pairs down to the core...Don't wash them..have them professionaly shined. Pretty good for dancing..and horrible in the snow...I have bought now eight pairs, ranging from black to brown. Looks good with suits and make a bit of clicking sound so tread lightly...Get the size your feet are maybe a .5 foot bigger...I wear these for eight hours a day..so take them off after work..ten hours any shoe will start hurting...I have recieved numerous compliments and find other gentleman..are bringing back the professional boot..Cheers lads...tread lightly" |

"I'm happy with my brown Addiction Walker. I wear a mens 8 1/2, B width. I usually buy size 9 athletic shoes, so I did the same here as I like a roomy toe box. The size was right for me, a true 8 1/2 B as measured on a Brannock device, the actual name for the metal measurement tool in all shoe stores.I bought them to serve as my only shoes on a recent 3-week trip to Europe. I chose brown to look less like a tourist. They were comfortable for all-day street and museum walks, yet looked good enough to wear with a sport jacket to good restaurants. The tongue seemed a little long and it rubbed my ankle a bit at first, but that subsided. We got caught in the rain a few times and they proved to be highly water-resistant, even keeping my food dry after stepping in a somewhat deep puddle. I highly recommend these shoes and may buy another pair to stash to have fresh for the next trip in a year or two." |
