Review: "The city buys me a pair of boot annually but I had used that on the lace-up Chippewa boots that had a defect and the store owner has totally ignored our attempts for any help. He hides in the back when we go in and does not return our calls.These boots are great, I had to cut a inch off the top because they rubbed behind my knee but I am not that tall so it was expected. I wear the boots daily for work and am very satisfied."
