" I actually got these boots on sale at a department store (just wanted to see how much they cost on here). I was hesitant to buy them because money's tight right now, but I'd been looking for a cute pair of flat, tall boots that can fit my thick calves. Well, I slipped these on and they FIT LIKE A GLOVE! I swear they are so comfortable and roomy inside that they feel like house slippers. I'm very overweight [240 lbs. at 5' 8"] and have jumbo calves, so zipping them takes some effort, but it gets easier each time I wear them since leather stretches. If you have normal-sized legs/calves, you'll have no problem fitting them. They're not "edgy" or "trendy" - more utilitarian/practical with a hint of style. I feel like a super hero in these things because of the way they fit and the comfort level [great for crime-fighting. Haha. Nice and versatile enough for the office/work or any weekend activities. They look especially cute with casual dresses. Two big thumbs up"
