Review:
"I ordered this shoe in red, and it's a lovely mellow red, not a bright harsh red. I'm very picky about my shoes because I have muscular calves and have always felt like I needed to wear clunky, thick shoes to balance out my calves. But I really wanted something more feminine, and this shoe is perfect--not too chunky, not too delicate, very feminine. So pretty and so comfortable, and I love the placement of the ankle strap--it's far enough back that the shoe doesn't slip off my foot and it gives more definition to my foot than other shoes with straps closer to the instep. I ordered these in a 7.5 but the left shoe fit like it was a size larger than the right shoe, so I've had to exchange them. " |

"Love these--my foot is a little on the wide side of average but the 7 1/2 fit my size 8 feet perfectly. The red is more of a dusty rose than true red." |

Review:
"I love this shoe - I also have it in the backless version and in several colors. It is sooo comfortable and is so roomy in the forefoot that all my toes get to have their own space! Also, I have a high instep and the strap doesn't irritate it at all. My only quibble is the white contrast stitching on the black leather - it is distracting and it limits the wearability, since it calls too much attention to the shoe - it doesn't work with "dress up" occasions where my brown ones do.
