* Please Note, FedEx will not deliver packages on Saturdays without charging a hefty surcharge. This means that an order placed on Fri. with Next Day Air shipping selected will not be delivered until the following Monday.

Refused Orders
Orders that are refused or not received when delivery was attempted will be subject to a $25.00 return and restocking fee. This is to cover the shipping back to us and the labor involved in handling your order.

Wrong Address
Orders that are shipped to a wrong address will be subject to a $25.00 for return and double shipping required by FedEx.

Items from ShoeDeals4U can be shipped to several international regions, but cannot be shipped to Africa, Island Nations, Latin America, or the Middle East.

The INTERNATIONAL RATES are in US Dollars, and they include shipping, handling, and insurance for shipment by Global Express Mail. This is the only option which allows for both tracking and insurance. We do NOT guarantee any item with out tracking and insurance when sent internationally.
